Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced 2D Draftsman to produce accurate technical construction drawings for a variety of projects at Huynchi in Ho Chi Minh City. The ideal candidate will work closely with architects, engineers, project managers and clients to translate ideas and sketches into detailed plans and technical designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create precise 2D drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar).
- Work from rough sketches, specifications, and design concepts to produce detailed plans.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of drawings.
- Revise drawings based on feedback and ensure they align with project standards and regulations.
- Maintain an organized record of designs and project documentation.
- Assist in preparing project documentation for submission to clients or regulatory authorities.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Proven experience as a 2D Draftsman in interior design, architecture, engineering, construction.
- Strong understanding of technical drawing standards and design principles.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in producing drawings and plans
- Ability to interpret and apply design requirements and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members.
- Degree or certification in drafting, architecture, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with industry-specific software or tools.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Certification or diploma in drafting, engineering, or related fields.
