[General Information about the Position]
- Number of position: 03 (for different subjects: Math, Physics, Literature)
[What will you do]
- 1. Research & Curriculum Development
- 1) Conduct in-depth market research and surveys on the online teaching-learning landscape to propose development and improvement strategies for the [Subject] product
- 2) Design and build structured program frameworks for new academic products
- 3) Develop learning materials, including curriculum, textbooks, exams, quizzes, and supplementary resources
- 2. Ensure Academic Quality
- 1) Support in monitoring and evaluating the quality of academic products, including learning materials, content for communication, and more
- 2) Assist in quality assurance for programs by collaborating with various teams to provide insights and advice on improving teaching quality and curriculum
- 3) Coordinate with the teacher and student departments to track and evaluate student learning outcomes
- 3. Support in Teacher Assistant (TA) Recruitment, Training, and Quality Management
- 1) Collaborate with Teacher Assistant Leaders (TAL) to refine the recruitment and training processes for TAs, including reviewing recruitment assignments
- 2) Partner with relevant teams to ensure the quality of TA-related products and deliverables
- For Literature only: Participate in quality assurance processes for students, including grading and tracking student progress
[Qualifications]
- Graduate from universities specializing in Education or with equivalent teaching certification
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Education, teaching, or academic management
- Demonstrating strong academic performance in [Subject] is an advantage
- For English-related roles, TOEIC, IELTS, VSTEP, or equivalent English language certification is preferred

- Knowledge of National High School Exams and Competency Assessment Exams
- Strong skills in research, data analysis, information synthesis, and work management
- Proficient in MS Office and skilled in sourcing information from various resources
