MONQ is a creative agency based in Korea, dedicated to advertising and campaign projects for global companies such as LG, Samsung, Naver, Hyundai Motor Group, and Porsche. MONQ Vietnam was established as a subsidiary of MONQ to handle global advertising and campaign projects covering Vietnam and the Southeast Asia region. As one of the founding members of MONQ Vietnam, taking our first steps in 2024, we are recruiting professional members to grow the company together and move forward globally.

We propose creative solutions for the sustainable growth of brands.

From interaction content based on ad-tech to campaigns that achieve high effectiveness in the digital environment based on creative strategies. The form of the solution varies depending on the brand's purpose, but every start is about discovering the brand's authenticity and moving as one team with the brand with the same heart.

Responsibilities

• Handling the planning and operation of integrated advertising campaigns and digital content.
• Managing clients and collaborate with internal and external production teams and partner companies.
• Establishing advertising strategies through market, target audience, self-analysis, and competitive analysis, deriving insights.
• Development and execution of media operation plans, including social channels, and prepare result reports at project completion.
• Project proposals and presentations for new client sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree related to advertising or media.
• Experience: 3 years or more in advertising, content, or media work.
• Ability to plan logically, write proposals, and communicate effectively.
• Interest and understanding of advertising and media trends, capable of flexible collaboration.
• Proficient in English for smooth communication in global projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a project manager or in advertising project proposal.
• Ability to communicate in Korean (For candidates who can communicate in Korean, even those with less than 3 years of experience are eligible to apply).

Job Details

• Employment Type: Permanent position after a 2-month probation period (85% salary during probation).
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
