We are looking for a full-time Account Manager to join our Team! In this role, you will be responsible for meeting sales revenue and profitability goals for the country, building customer relationships, executing product releases, and managing inventory and supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand the business objectives and needs.
- Takes active lead in Sales strategies in assigned territory.
- Develops annual sales plan and achieves revenue, profit and penetration targets.
- Monitors and reports competitive data and understands industry-specific trends and landscapes.
- Effectively communicates value propositions through presentations and proposals.
- Promotes a work culture that fosters principle-based behavior reflecting the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values.
- Participates in collegial planning for policies, procedures and systems, problem solving and performance monitoring through participation in standing and ad hoc committees, task forces and project teams.
- Manage customer specification reviews, factory tours, design reviews, and inspections.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 15years sales experience in a certified manufacturing / engineering organization.
- University degree in sales, business administration and any engineering discipline.
- Excellent presentation, communication (English) and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of employees in the organization.
- Ability to effectively engage with employees, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership and people skills, technical expertise, business knowledge, strategic management acumen, and effective communication.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14001, 45001, 14064, 14067 and IATF 16949.
