Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, and providing support to clients as needed. The Account Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and account growth.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google sheets and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 1 year of B2B experience or 6 months of B2C experience in the luxury sector
  • Fluent English (must)

Benefits

  • Income structure: fixed salary, commision (% revenue), and various other types of bonuses
  • Probation period with a 100% fixed salary
  • Income adjustments every 3 months, totaling 4 times a year.
