As an Account Manager based in Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi, Vietnam, you will be learning and introducing new features and technology in order to help customers embrace and adopt new technology. With your engaging communication skills, rapport-building abilities, excellent organizational skills, and team-player mindset, you will have a direct impact on our Sales pipeline and contribute to our revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide consultant/solution service to application and infrastructure sales/presales teams
- Willing to work directly with customers to help them deliver their vision
- Strong grasp of Sales tools
- Comfort with collaboration, open communication, and reaching across functional borders
- Be responsible for closing new deals (Managed services, Data analytics, Migration, etc) signing projects, contract negotiation, project problem solving, and project payment.
- Articulate compelling value propositions around cloud services
- Customer adoption
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Possess the technical ability to explain (not implement) Cloud Computing, technology concept
- Overall company Sales target by KPIs
- Understanding of the assigned accounts organizational structure and decision-making hierarchy.
- Ability to make executive pitches and presentations
- Close cooperation with the presale and tech team to analyze & clarify customers business objectives & requirements in detail to select & advise on the suitable solution offering.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience as an Account Manager, business development, or similar positions for IT solution
- Cloud-based services & solutions sales experiences are high advantages
- Experience or background in the ICT industry
- Strong presentation, organization, multitasking, and time management skills
- Communicates effectively verbally including excellent presentation skills and can communicate clearly in writing
- Must be a target-oriented, self-starter, and aggressive enough to achieve the defined target
- Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
