Plays a major role in the research, planning, and development of comprehensive Communications/ Social campaigns & community engagement.
Work with the functional teams and other members of the team to uncover business needs and objectives, craft appropriate overall strategies and plans to achieve clients business objectives.
Coordinate & manage vendors to deliver the best outcome for client's business and requirements.
Demonstrates tactical proficiency in creating and driving outreach plans, message development, management of campaigns, growth of contact network, and effective pitching.
Demonstrates proficiency in writing proposal skills for communications plans, new business proposals, etc.
Follow strictly planned timelines, good at project operation and management.
Develop and produce Social Content. Create engaging on-brand Copy and Storytelling or social media posts.
Plan and execute social/ communication plans, social content & community engagement.
Manage all social media posting and interactions within the brand's Facebook page, Website, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube groups, ensuring timely and meaningful engagement.
Monitor and respond to community members comments, inquiries, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Foster a positive and inclusive community environment by encouraging discussions, facilitating collaboration, and addressing any issues or conflicts that may arise.
Stay updated on social media trends, content strategies, and industry best practices to enhance community engagement and growth.
Requirements:
At least 3 years and above of social communications experience at an agency, with a focus on community management, social media campaigns, and content creation.
Strong knowledge and confident use of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube and Website).
Excellent projects & clients engagement.
Excellent written skills for creating engaging social media copies.
Strong computer skills (PPT, EXCEL, WORD, ). Photoshop skills are an advantage.
Confident use of social media advertising platforms (e.g. Ad Manager) is an advantage.
Good planning and excellent organizational skills, including time management. Able to multitask and manage multiple deadlines.
Analytical thinker, capable of learning fast and quickly adapting to new tools and platforms.
Experience in influencer relations/campaign management is an advantage.
Curious: a desire to learn, improve, apply new knowledge, and develop.
