We are looking for an experienced Account Supervisor to lead and manage client relationships, focusing on developing and implementing Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) strategies across a range of brands. This role requires a professional who excels in Creative Asset Management, Clip Production, and Digital/Social Media Campaigns. You will strategically manage end-to-end campaign lifecycles while ensuring client satisfaction and effective campaign outcomes.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver strategies that meet or exceed their expectations.
- Drive the development of comprehensive IMC strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients, handling day-to-day communications and aligning efforts to client goals.
- Oversee the complete campaign process, from strategic planning and creative development to launch, performance tracking, and post-campaign analysis.
- Collaborate closely with creative, digital, PR, and media teams as well as third-party vendors to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
- Coordinate the production and delivery of creative assets, ensuring all materials meet client standards and maintain brand consistency.
- Lead digital and social media strategies, working with internal teams to enhance campaign reach, engagement, and impact on various platforms.
- Stay informed on market trends and audience insights, leveraging this knowledge to bring innovative ideas that enhance campaign performance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 years of experience in agency and knowledge of various categories of brand;
- Proficient in English (especially writing and speaking);
- Always stay up-to-date of target audience trends and behaviors;
- Amazing communication and presentation skills;
- Strong problem solving, time and multi-task management & leadership skills;
- Proactive attitude and the ability to multi-task and set/meet aggressive deadlines;
- Creative thinking and regular idea generation;
- Client service mindset & project management skill.
