Job Description

  • Analyze market information, competitors on business indicators Accounts & Mobilize and propose adjustments/build solutions to improve business efficiency and increase the competitiveness of TPBank products.
  • Analyze existing customer data to understand the transaction behavior of customers Account & Mobilization products, customer segments & propose mechanisms and policies to exploit effectively, suitable for each customer segment.
  • Monitor and manage sales data, analyze data, make reports on the implementation of Account - Mobilization product business targets and propose adjustments to programs, sales policies & promote sales, appropriate KPIs & effective
  • Meet sales targets for the product area you are in charge of
  • Other tasks as assigned by management

Job Requirement

  • University degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Business Administration from the following schools: Foreign Trade University, Banking Academy, Finance Academy, National Economics University.
  • Understanding of retail banking products, especially products on accounts and mobilization
  • At least 04 years of experience in product development at banks, priority given to candidates with experience in Customer segmentation, data analysis.
  • Good thinking, creativity, analysis, synthesis ability
  • Ability to work independently, good teamwork coordination
  • A sense of responsibility high in work
  • Good communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
