Ad Operations Executive

As the Ad Operations Executive, you will drive campaign success by being an internal asset for the account management team.

You will work closely with all team members and help our team deliver the best client results possible.

This job is completely remote. Hours for the job are 9am to 6pm PT/ Los Angeles, CA, USA. On Indochina Time (ICT) these hours are 11am to 9am.

The monthly salary for this job is 13,983,738 Vietnamese dong.

This candidate is someone who understands ad buying, business goals, and performance optimization and seeks continual upgrades to their professional experience. You are agile, professional, organized, and able to take on a range of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Keep teams on track for ongoing account questions, and outstanding deliverables
• Review client deliverables before sending to the client
• Ensure client timelines are met
• Have knowledge of campaign key performance indicators, performance, pacing, flight dates, margin, and status
• Work with internal constituents (account team, dashboard, data scientist, and buying team) to facilitate client deliverables
• Answer campaign questions from internal teams
• Traffic ads

Requirements

• Excellent English - written and verbal
• Held a similar role at an advertising agency
• 2-4 years experience
• Direct experience buying ads on Meta, Google, and The Trade Desk
• Experience working on e-commerce and lead generation campaigns
• Self-starter: this is an entirely remote position on a small team, so the perfect candidate will have no issues structuring their own workday and holding themselves accountable.

• Wants to grow in the advertising business
