ABOUT US

ATZ Solutions is a leading automation company based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, providing instrumentation, solutions, and engineering services to customers. The company serves as the Certified Partner of Valmet Automation and Valmet Flow Control as well as the System Integrator in Pulp & Paper industry of Endress + Hauser in Vietnam.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Accounting

- Accounting for transactions related to revenue, expenses, salaries, receivables and payables.

- Checking and storing invoices and accounting documents in accordance with legal regulations.

- Monitoring the use of expenses and assets of the company, detecting cases of improper use of expenses and assets, being responsible for reporting and proposing handling.

- Responsible for transactions with functional sectors, partners such as auditing companies, banks, customers, suppliers, etc.

- Coordinating with relevant departments to collect and manage sales revenue, settle revenues and expenditures for company employees, suppliers and customers.

- Processing invoices and delivery documents according to each contract.

- Processing disbursement documents with banks.

- Collecting and monitoring cash expenses.

- Accounting for import customs declaration documents into the MISA system, storing all import records in the correct batch.

- Managing assets and tools.

Human Resources

- Recruiting, performing procedures related to human resources for employees.

- Calculating employee salaries at the end of the month.

- Reporting increases/decreases in social insurance for official/resigned employees and submitting documents requesting settlement of insurance benefits (sick leave, maternity leave, etc.) to the Social Insurance Agency.

- Registering Tax Codes (MST), dependents for employees.

- Submitting quarterly PIT declarations to the Tax Agency.

Administration

- Processing orders on the MISA Purchasing system according to the purchasing requirements of departments, accounting for orders through accounting for tracking.

- Placing orders with suppliers, processing order documents and tracking orders to schedule payment and shipping.

- Contact the shipping unit (forwarder) to allocate reasonable delivery time, update delivery progress and payment for each order.

- Coordinate with sales staff and accountants to draw up appropriate contracts.

- Book air tickets, hotels... when employees go on business trips.

- Carry out administrative procedures for employees.

Other related tasks assigned by the Line Manager and Board of Directors

REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word...) and other softwares for work.
  • Experience in a similar position is a plus.
  • Understanding and ability to self-study and update on Vietnamese laws related to Corporate Income Tax, Personal Income Tax, Social Insurance and other laws related to professional work.
  • Ability to read, understand and write emails in English.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and work well in a team.
  • Ability to negotiate, bargain, and persuade when working with functional agencies such as: Tax Department, Social Insurance, Audit, Bank, Partners, Suppliers, Customers, etc.
  • Careful, meticulous, attentive to detail and accurate with data, spreadsheets, documents, documents, contracts, etc.
  • Ability to arrange and store paper records as well as soft files in a complete, scientific manner, easy to search and retrieve when needed.
  • Honest, trustworthy, highly responsible.
  • Systemic thinking, critical thinking.
  • Good memory.
  • Time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Willing to take on additional work as required.

WORKING TIME AND LOCATION

- Time: From Monday to Friday, Morning: 08:00-12:00, Afternoon: 13:00-17:00.

- Location: Office 2.08, St. Moritz Building, 1014 Pham Van Dong, Hiep Binh Chanh Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City.
