Job descriptions:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for Office management and operations task, scheduling for meeting, support EB team on administrative tasks etc.. as the following details:
- Maintain the office supplies and manage office facilities.
- Manage office suppliers, including ordering, stocking and tracking inventory.
- Oversee office renovation project.
- Organize team building, birthday parties, and other staff activities.
- Assist with onboarding new hires
- Assist on general administrative as photocopying, scanning, filling etc.
- Assist on marketing activity managerment including budget tracking, internal approval/process, execution of event
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Organize and maintain schedules for executives and team members.
- Plan and arrange meetings, conference call and travel itineraries
- Support for projects administrative, including internal process, data entry, prepare/review documents such as reports and presentations, track project timelines and follow-up as needed.
- Coordinate with different parties from Hong Kong headquarters and other APAC countries for administrative arrangement.
- Other tasks assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum 2 years experience in relevant working
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese Mandarin
- Organizational skills with high attention to detail, proactive, self-motivated with good interpersonal, communication skills, able to work under pressure
