Our client is a renowned British private school and is looking to set up a new international school in Ho Chi Minh city. They are looking for an Admission Director to join their pioneering team. The role is responsible for admissions strategies, leading student recruitment efforts, managing the end-to-end admissions process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Head of School, Managing Director of Operations, and senior educational leadership to ensure that admissions objectives are fully aligned with the school's broader strategic goals.
- Lead efforts to establish and maintain a strong, cohesive brand identity for the school, bolstering its reputation in both local and international markets.
- Develop and implement admissions plans that reflect the school's mission, vision, and core objectives, driving enrollment and engagement.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and challenges in the education sector, both locally and internationally, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of admissions initiatives, using data-driven insights to make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Lead the admissions process from inquiry through enrollment, ensuring an exceptional experience for prospective families.
- Use data analytics to optimize admissions processes, including tracking inquiries, conversion rates, and retention metrics.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in admissions, or a related field, preferably within an K12 international School/ Kindergarten/ International University
- Own a deep understanding of the international school sector.
- MUST HAVE at least 3 years experience working in Vietnamese for expats.
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese will be an advantage.
