After-sales Technical Service Engineer

1Responsible for providing customers with installation and commissioning services and machine inspection services, dealing with online and on-site machine quality issues;.

2Responsible for the application and replacement of maintenance spare parts.

3Responsible for assisting the subsidiary business personnel to carry out business work and provide after-sales technical support;.

4Timely and effective answer to the quality complaints and difficult questions raised by customers.

5Submit the summary of machine quality problems in the area of responsibility, put forward the machine quality improvement proposals.

Qualifications

1. more than three years of service work or technical support experience in injection molding machine, die casting machine or molding industry.

2. Able to handle on-site repair and maintenance work, local language or English base is preferred;

3. extensive knowledge in troubleshooting and repair of molding machinery covering all aspects including controls, mechanical.
