Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Manager at BIDV MetLife located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Agency Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage a team of agents, develop strategies to increase sales and market presence, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, driving business growth, and leading the agency to achieve set objectives.

• Sales Management, Marketing, and Business Development skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of insurance products and regulations
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English languages
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus
