This position is responsible for
Organizing and operating coordinate activities Support ATD projects (including activities such as planning, budgeting, building operational models, deploying to relevant departments, monitoring, urging and reporting progress)
Coordinate with departments to operate the project, handle issues arising during project implementation
Make periodic/ad hoc reports on ATD projects

Deploy and manage administrative work of ATD training projects

Based on the approved Business case of each project, make detailed plans on project operations and budgets
Submit detailed plans for approval to the Department Head
Submit and protect budgets with the Finance Department (FBP)
Deploy detailed plans to relevant personnel

Monitor progress and update with Project Manager/Department Head periodically

Coordinate with key stakeholders during project implementation:

Coordinate necessary resources to ensure project progress (before - during - after)

Resolve arising issues (if any)

Find new solutions to optimize project efficiency

Monitor and report:

Develop monitoring plans and design project reports such as: implementation progress, feedback from project beneficiaries... to ensure that the Board of Directors and related departments are fully updated with information on the project implementation process

Analyze and evaluate project implementation results based on KPIs set during the planning process and propose improvements (if any) yes)

Perform other assigned tasks to improve the effectiveness of training projects assigned by Management Levels.

Professional qualifications:

Graduated from university/college in the field of Life Insurance, Business, Law, Measurement Management or Economics

Experience:

2-3 years of experience in administrative management, project management, project coordination

Experience working in the Life Insurance industry is an advantage

Knowledge:

Knowledge of Life Insurance, Measurement Activities, Projects

Skills:

Management, presentation and negotiation skills
Good communication skills
Analytical skills good
Good computer skills (Excel, Word v Power point)

Good people management and planning skills
