Scope of Agile Project Management:
- Develop and integrate delivery plans ranging from high-level milestones to detailed weekly activities.
- Ensure transparent and aligned communication with clients and stakeholders regarding project goals.
- Weekly consolidation of delivery progress against the agreed plan, offering data-driven insights and updates.
- Organize and manage issues and insights, employing a resourceful problem-solving approach.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to track and resolve issues within the agreed scope of work.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while seizing opportunities to optimize project outcomes.
- Coordinate activities and collaborations within the team and with external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing medium-sized projects (over 8 team members and spanning at least 3 expertise areas).
- Proven technical proficiency in Back-end, Front-end, Mobile, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
- In-depth understanding of product software development processes, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
- Ability to facilitate meetings efficiently, ensuring clear action items post-discussion.
- Strong proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
- Excellent self-management skills, including task prioritization and time management.
- Capacity to manage emotions effectively under pressure and during conflicts.
- Demonstrated resourcefulness and assertiveness in addressing project issues and insights.
- Proven ability to cultivate teamwork and collaboration within project teams.
- Understanding of the product's value and how each task contributes to overarching goals.
