Got It Vietnam is looking for a motivated and organized Data Labeling Specialist to join our expanding operations team. In this position, you'll be responsible for the labeling processes and academic content development for our new AI-powered MathGPT product.
MathGPT (https://www.mathgpt.ai/)is our newest AI-powered product with the mission to innovate how students learn and /instructors learn/teach by providing a comprehensive AI-native learning platform. Data Labeling is at the heart of it and is currently managed by the Operations team. You'll join a super fun and hard-working group that is utterly passionate about our mission.

The Core Job
- Serve as on-the-ground leader focused on labeling/developing the academic & technical content of the product for our Hanoi-based team, covering math (Algebra, Calculus, Statistics) & science subjects (Chemistry, Biology)
- Work closely with the AI & Product team to continuously improve the labeling quality and processes through the application of AI.
- Lead and manage a team of talented labeling specialists by providing mentorship and guidance in day-to-day tasks and projects.
- Contribute as a thought leader in solving operational challenges.
You should have
- BA/BS degree from a top school with at least 4+ years of working experience in a related field (education/operations/IT).
- Leadership experienced.
- Great knowledge of math subjects (Stats, Cal) & coding skills
- Excellent written and spoken English (IELTS >= 7.5 or TOEIC >= 900 or equivalent)
- Exposure to the US education system is a plus
- Problem-solving and can-do-attitude
