What You Will Be Doing
- Continuously review answers from our AI Chatbot and train it with updated information to improve answer accuracy
- Work to implement AI Insights project, our internal AI service to generate and provide valuable key information for the business
- Train a custom OPSWAT GPT Model for enhanced customer service experience
- Use AI Forecast models to forecast business growth and provide guidance for the department
- Analytics-on-demand project, leveraging AI to determine chart type and write query to get data
What You Will Learn
- Generative AI technologies, especially LLMs and how to leverage it for an enterprise environment
- Skill to train custom GPT models
- Chatbot design and logic
- Learn more about cybersecurity topics
What We Need From You
- Knowledge of LLM, RAG and prompt engineering
- Knowledge or experiencing in training custom GPT models
- Ability to follow-up on tasks given from end-to-end with little supervision
- Familiar with Python and node.js to integrate AI solutions
- Very good English proficiency (reading & writing)
It Would be Nice if You Had
- Good English communication skills and people skills
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity
- Knowledge or experience working with cloud platforms like AWS
- Analytics skills using Power BI or Tableau
- Good learning ability and enthusiasm in technology
