Job title: Analog Design Engineer
Location: Hanoi/ Ho Chi Minh
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are urgently looking for 3 Senior Analog Design Engineers to join our long-term project. You are preferred if you can join us immediately.
- To be responsible for managing technology in projects and providing technical guidance or solutions for work completion
- To be responsible for providing technical guidance or solutions
- To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
- To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
- To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussions or review.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :

- Must-have requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in designing analog circuits.
- Design experience for high-speed interfaces blocks such as transmit driver, CTLE, DFE, PLL, impedance calibration, etc.
- Hands-on experience in DC-DC Converter, other precision analog circuits like operational amplifiers, Band-gap references, POR, Current Limit circuits, LDO regulators, comparators, oscillators etc
- Understanding of small signal analysis and various frequency compensation techniques. Understanding of ESD
- Verification across PVT, Statistical Mismatch & mixed signal Verification
- Hands-on working with Tools Virtuoso/Tanner for schematic/model design & verification. MATLAB & Simplis tool knowledge is a plus
- Work closely with the Layout engineer to get optimized IP layout
- Experience with Silicon validation and debug process
- Advantage if candidate has experience with high-current designs and/or multi-phase operation switching regulators. Also, design experience in FF & FDSOI tech is a plus Proven track record for timely delivery of design and validation for such circuits
- Experience in technology node below 28nm
- A team player
- Good command of English verbal communication
Good-to-have requirements:
- Experience in leading a team
- FinFET experience
- Knowledge of highspeed interface protocols such as PCIe, DDR, HBM, JESD204, etc.
