Our ideal candidate will conduct both quantitative and qualitative analysis across the Private Equity Real Estate and Credit sectors, aligning with KCP Industrial Partners Is (the Fund) strategic needs. In this role, you will be challenged to deliver significant contributions to the implementation of our investment performance strategies, developing tailored solutions, and working closely with our investees to ensure positive impact and sustainable results.
You will work directly with the Fund's Investment & Acquisition team, where your responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing market data, formulating and testing financial models, and summarizing findings for presentation to senior management. Your work will be instrumental in providing actionable insights for the benefit of our investees.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather market datasets from both public and private sectors (e.g., transactions, political developments, new investments).
- Analyze and compile data into actionable reports with detailed quantitative and qualitative information on a monthly or quarterly basis, including regular market performance assessment (MPA) reports to support investment decisions.
- Identify and address potential liabilities and risks.
- Prepare pitch and presentation materials to support the Investment & Acquisition team's objectives.
- Formulate and test investment and financial forecasts and hypotheses.
- Actively monitor each aspect of the investee's performance against schedules and critical milestones.

Qualifications
- Undergraduate or master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics or related discipline; MBA degree is a plus.
- 1 - 3 years of experience working in Investment Banking or PERE-related field; 3+ years of experience is preferred.
- Strong and Demonstrated aptitude for data analytics.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated and disciplined.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.); proficiency with Thinkcell and MSCI is a plus.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin or Korean is a plus.
- Strong business network both domestically and internationally is a plus.
License/Registration/Certification
- Chartered certification holding in CAIA, CFA or MRICS is a plus.
