KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Design and implement comprehensive fraud strategies
- Experienced in Advance Data Analytic
- Experienced in Advance identity customer (new/existing), onboarding customer lending
- Identify potential risk factors from and attack surface of malicious actors by a combination of business acumen, technical understanding, digital savviness as well as statistical inference
- Keep up-to-date with latest technologies, especially related to fraud schemes and fraud solutions, in collaboration with colleagues across many teams and external vendors
- Conduct research and analysis to communicate data-driven insights and recommendations
- Innovate tools, techniques and processes to improve productivity of especially data-related tasks
- Refactor code-base to follow programming best practices and ensure long-term scalability and sustainability
- Mentor and supervise team members
JOB REQUIREMENTS- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or related roles
- Strong experience in various aspects of data analytics work: research design, sampling, EDA, statistical inference, insight communication
- Proficiency in SQL (Oracle SQL preferred)
- High proficiency in English, both in verbal communication and in writing
- Substantial experience in managing small to medium-sized teams and projects
