- Job Title:Regional Digital Marketing & Media Planning Lead

JOB PURPOSE: To lead media strategy, planning, and execution in Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Malaysia, and Thailand) across mass media and digital marketing channels, optimizing performance to support Hayat's growth in the region.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and optimize media planning and buying strategies across TV, digital (display/video), social media, out-of-home, print, and radio.
- Develop tailored channel mix recommendations to maximize efficiency and achieve campaign KPIs.
- Create and implement digital marketing strategies, deploying content on digital platforms (brand websites, SEO, social media) with marketing teams and agencies.
- Optimize ROI and ensure performance aligns with benchmarks and strategic objectives.
- Act as the main liaison for media and digital agencies, overseeing execution, managing deliverables, and ensuring KPIs are met.
- Collaborate with headquarter teams to develop best practices and data-driven communication approaches.
- Lead agency-driven media buying, ensuring cost optimization and value through negotiation.
- Manage media buying, budget alignment, and performance tracking.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign processes, from agency briefing to reporting and invoicing, ensuring projects are on-time and on-budget.
- Monitor and analyze key media metrics (CPP, CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS) for campaign effectiveness.
- Work with e-commerce teams to integrate performance marketing strategies across marketplaces.
- Track and analyze competitor activities in media and digital channels, proactively informing stakeholders.
- Ensure unified brand presence across all media channels per global and regional guidelines.
- Stay updated on trends and share insights with internal teams, enhancing media and digital marketing expertise.
- Proficient in media planning and digital marketing tools (Nielsen, Kantar, Comscore, Google Campaign Manager, Google Analytics).
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 5-7 years of direct professional experience in media strategy, planning, negotiation and/or digital marketing
- Preference for individuals that have worked in digital marketing agencies, media agencies, digital marketing and/or client-side media and digital marketing experience with a large and complex advertiser experienced in FMCG, retail, household consumption goods industries.
- Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Deep understanding of the evolved media landscape and digital marketing instruments.
