Artificial Intelligence Engineer

__Job description__

For the position of AI Expert:

Lead research on optimal solutions to build AI/ML models for Business blocks according to assigned tasks

Lead analysis and research of new business and technology trends in the market (world and domestic) in the field of AI/ML to advise leaders

Directly review the technical aspects of development requirements to ensure AI/ML products are deployed as required

Operational support ensures AI/ML software operates stably

Manage quality and implementation progress (PM) of AI/ML projects as assigned by the unit

For the position of Senior AI Specialist:

Propose and advise on overall and detailed solutions to meet AL/ML model implementation activities

Participate in direct review of approved AI/ML development requirements of business units

Participate in building software architecture and deployment after AI/ML development requirements have been approved by business units

Operational support ensures AI/ML software operates stably

Participate in training and guiding business units to use AI/ML products during the deployment process for assigned business areas.

Participate in controlling operational processes and complying with regulatory procedures for exploiting AI/ML products to ensure quality

__Job Requirements__

1. For the position of AI Expert:

Graduated from University majoring in Data Science, information technology, mathematics or related majors.

Have at least 8 years of experience in Data science and MLOPS.

Proficient in using the latest frameworks and libraries related to one of the fields of Graph AI, NLP & Audio, Image Processing

Have in-depth knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms.

Deep understanding of MLOps architecture and experience implementing MLops.

Proficient in optimal installation techniques with Python or Java

Having experience in implementing mathematical problems for banks is an advantage.

Good conversational English.

Have experience leading a team of at least 5 people

Good logical reasoning and reasoning ability.

Good ability to work independently: identify problems, solve problems, ability to withstand pressure

Good teamwork skills: communication, presentation, persuasion, team building skills.

Excitement, enthusiasm, and passion for work are an advantage.

2. For Senior Specialist position:

Graduated from University majoring in Data Science, information technology, mathematics or related majors.

Minimum 5 years of experience in one of the fields of Graph AI, NLP & Audio, Image Processing.

Proficient in using the latest frameworks and libraries related to one of the fields of Graph AI, NLP & Audio, Image Processing

Have good knowledge of algorithms, statistical probability, Machine Learning and Deep Learning.

Understand MLOps architecture and have experience implementing MLops.

Proficient in optimal installation techniques with Python or Java

Having experience in implementing mathematical problems for banks is an advantage.

Good conversational English.

Soft skills requirements:

Have experience leading a team of at least 3 people.
