Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the Marketing Manager in creating strategies for the growth of the e-commerce platform. Oversee plans and ensure the timely execution of marketing initiatives and business plans by the team, aligned with set schedules and objectives. Ensure initiatives are in line with the brand's direction.

Job Description

Performance Marketing (50%):

  • Execute advertising campaigns on platforms (Amazon, Google, Facebook, TikTok, and more).
  • Conduct market research, and gather information and data, including products, prices, competitors, target markets, and other aspects that are related to the company's business field.
  • Control, monitor, manage, compile statistics, and report on the progress of advertising budget utilization.
  • Assist in developing sales plans, tracking internal work progress reports, and providing cross-departmental reports after mastering the knowledge of performance marketing.

Brand Development Management (30%):

  • Supervising subordinates in implementing the plan: content creation, social media management, Affiliate program deployment, building relationships with KOLs/Creators/Influencers, etc.
  • Coordinate with the Manager to support the development of the Brand Identity and Brand Image promotion strategies across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), and manage and allocate budgets efficiently.
  • Work closely with affiliated departments to ensure brand/marketing/communication plans get executed consistently and effectively.

Platform Management (10%):

  • Supervising subordinates in managing and optimizing the marketing performance of the e-commerce platforms, including but not limited to Amazon, TikTok, Shopify, Etsy, Walmart, Facebook, and other emerging e-commerce channels.
  • Keep up on news, updates, features, and best practices to maximize effectiveness.

Others (10%)

  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital and sales marketing, with in-depth knowledge of performance marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and social platforms.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position at any e-commerce company or the retail industry is an advantage.
  • Proficient in English reading and writing skills, with an IELTS score of 6.0 or above.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work with relevant departments.
  • Strong logical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to quickly grasp business requirements.

Benefits and Compensation

Salary and Bonuses

  • Salary: $600 - $1,000 per month, plus a 13th-month salary and an annual profit-sharing bonus.
  • Annual performance evaluation and salary adjustment.
  • Monthly attendance bonus of 300,000-500,000 VND.
  • Longevity bonuses.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 6:00 PM (with a 1.5-hour lunch break). Saturday mornings may be required, with the option to work remotely or at the office, depending on the workload.
