Get to Know the Team
You will join the Vietnam - Commercial Growth & Planning team, where we focus on supporting business development and creating strategic plans to grow the Ads-monetization business. Our team collaborates with different departments, including Sales, Merchants, Product, Marketing, and other partners from Regional to Local, from plan to execution, to identify advertising solutions to succeed in business growth.

This role is dedicated to helping grow Ad the s Monetization business with Digital Ads/ Grab Marketing Solutions where we connect advertisers large and small from Non-merchants to Merchants with millions of people across Southeast Asia as they eat, shop, and commute every day.
You will work hybrid at Ho Chi Minh City.
You will report to the Central Planning Team Manager.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Collaborate with teams to prioritize and introduce GrabAds to key merchant partners via Grab Marketing Packages (GMS).
- Design Grab Marketing Packages for Merchant and Non-Merchant segments using a strategic mix of GrabAds and demand generation tools.
- Train, deploy, and optimize new packages for partners.
- Monitor key brand partners performance through monthly Ads Spend Updates to identify improvements.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on monetization projects.
- Conduct market research on Vietnam's digital advertising landscape.
- Analyze competitor strategies and consumer behavior for GrabAds opportunities.
- Create platform insights reports to support sales pitches and presentations.
- Develop financial models and track performance using analytics tools.
- Communicate performance updates and support go-to-market strategies for new products.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- 4+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, and marketing.
- Good understanding and previous experience in digital advertising.
- Experience researching and generating leads - working well with numbers while possessing.
- Work with different teams and gather competitive insights from different partners.
- Business drivers and piece together necessary elements for growth
- Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL or Tableau experienced in tools such as Power BI/ Salesforce, etc.
- Experience communicating product benefits appropriate for each prospect and present information to stakeholders at all levels.
- Project management skills to handle multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong organizational skills for managing tasks and projects.
