Assistant Manager Human Resources

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources at Epikurean Hotels & Lifestyle in Hm Thun Nam district. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, recruiting, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and ensuring HR compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

• Experience in HR functions, recruitment, onboarding, and training
• Knowledge of performance evaluation processes
• Familiarity with HR compliance and legal regulations
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
