Job Overview
We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager for our Human Resources department. This role provides essential support to the HR department in a variety of administrative tasks, focusing on areas of employee relations, first-level employee support, employee complaint management, training & development, employee labor contract management, general back-office tasks and other HR tasks/projects. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining our standards of excellence and contributing to the well-being of our workforce.
Responsibilities
- Employee Relation Support: Assist with the coordination and documentation of employee relations topics, employee engagement activities, meetings and initiatives.
- First Level Employee Support: Act as the initial point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance and assistance.
- Employee Complaint Management: Support the employee complaint handling process by documenting issues and coordinating resolution efforts, and maintaining confidential records.
- Training & Development Coordination: Schedule and organize training sessions, manage registrations and maintain employee participation records, prepare necessary materials and monthly training newsletter.
- Employee Labor Contract Management: Assist with the preparation, revision, and administration of employee labor contracts, ensure that all contracts are up-to-date, compliant with legal requirements, and properly stored.
- General HR Back-Office Task: Prepare HR-related documents, data maintenance and handling, HR IT and digitalization projects, and provide administrative team support.
- Special Projects: Support in HR and IT projects.
Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, HR, or related majors.
- At least 2 years of experience in the HR field.
- International operating company experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law.
- Proven experience in Employee Relations.
- Proficiency in Vietnamese and English, and MS Office suite.
- Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changes and work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Tactful, cooperative, creative, outgoing and meticulous with the ability to work under pressure.
