Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Manager Human Resources at ofi Vietnam in Long Thnh. The role involves overseeing daily HR operations, implementing HR policies and procedures, conducting employee relations activities, auditing and contributing to the development of HR initiatives to support business objectives.
- Engage in building personnel structure, personnel division of the department in accordance with business development strategy of the company.
- Participate in the development of relevant personnel assessment standards such as work goals, capabilities, performance results.
- Participate and take main responsibility for internal audit and customer audit.
- Develop policy plans, engagement activities, and cultural environment for employees.
- Develop and improve processes and regulations related to administrative, emloyee relation.
- Coordinated to answer questions of employees about internal rules of labor, timekeeping, salary and other welfare regimes.
- Organizing, planning and supervising all events for the company annually
- Perform the task be required by superior.
Qualifications
- Experience in preparing and conducting internal and customer audits
- Previous experience in the Leather shoe, garment, food & beverage industry is a plus
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment,
- Adaptability, flexibility: ready for change in the diverse work environment.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
