Job Description
Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
Update property website with latest promotion, working Corporate member to make requested updates.
Respond to all daily general media inquiries or refer to an appropriate spokesperson.
Regularly entertain media introducing new promotions, events, hotels services and facilities.
Coordinate on-property visits from partners and media, including reservations, amenities, special requests, and dining.
File and update press database, digital library, and press clippings.
Supports media relations outreach efforts, including pitching ideas and events, interview facilitation.
Supports implementation of different communication strategies and campaigns for a variety of media, marketing and public relations programs.
Write, prepare and review press releases, articles, speeches and marketing materials.
Collect database and utilize for promoting purpose.
Negotiate and finalize partnerships to boost the hotel reputation and traffic for F&B outlets
Prepare monthly and annual marketing report for internal review and corporate
Regularly audit digital platforms and review with mandatory agencies for solutions of SEO, SEM performance
Oversee marketing expenses and provide forecast for quarterly marketing budget
Guide team member with social media strategy and efficient implements
