Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for luxury affordable brands to reach GenZ consumers in Vietnam, one of the fastest growing regions in the world. We focus on optimizing operation by leveraging an in-house agency and the in-house technology solutions to bring the most effective brand launching that would benefit the end consumers.
I. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales KPIs for the skincare brand.
Implement marketing campaigns across owned media channels (website, app) and external media channels (, TikTok), accelerate Tiktok content marketing, especially short video, to maximize brand social coverage, brand visibility and engagement.
Conduct A/B tests to optimize content marketing and advertising strategies, maximizing ROI.
Manage the booking and optimize the performance of KOLs and KOCs for video creation, livestream events, boost Affiliate program to enhance brand love and drive sales.
Collaborate closely with the Sales team across various platforms (TikTokshop, Shopee, Lazada, website & app, wholesales, offline stores) to coordinate promotional activities, accelerate the potential resource of external ecommerce platforms and boost sales.
Work with the product team to ensure effective product education and broadcast promotions that align with brand strategies.
Monitor and oversee all other related marketing activities of the brand.
Coordinating to perform other tasks as requested by the Line Manager.
II. REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience in managing sales KPIs and implementing marketing strategies within the skincare or beauty industry.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly and TikTok, with hands-on experience in managing campaigns and optimizing content for engagement.
Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and data-driven optimization techniques for video marketing and advertising.
Experience in booking and optimizing KOLs/KOCs for Livestream events, with a focus on achieving performance metrics.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Promotion, and Product teams.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to monitoring and controlling marketing activities to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness.
