Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):
- Social Media Maestro: Create a content calendar and craft engaging posts for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other emerging platforms.
- Digital Campaign Strategist: Plan and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns (SEM, SEO, etc.) to reach the right audience and achieve our goals.
- Website & Content Guardian: Ensure our website and other digital channels (OTAs, TripAdvisor, etc.) always showcase the Fusion experience.
- PR & Influencer Whisperer: Build relationships with media and influencers, secure coverage, and organize press trips and stays that generate buzz.
- Event Enthusiast: Support our events with killer guest lists, flawless execution, and that special Fusion touch.
Who We Want on Team Fusion:
- 1-3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the 5-star hospitality space.
- A creative mind that understands both copywriting AND the technical side of digital marketing.
- Design Skills: Comfortable with tools like Canva, Capcut, or even Adobe Creative Suite.
- Bilingual Bonus: Strong English with the ability to craft Vietnamese content is a major plus.
