Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Planning:
oContribute to develop and implement comprehensive brand plans that align with the company's business objectives.
oConduct market analyses to assess the competitive landscape, identify customer insights, and stay ahead of emerging trends.
oRegularly review plan performance and make strategic adjustments to achieve targets.
Marketing Execution:
oLead the planning and execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, based on customer insights.
oWork closely with sales teams to ensure successful deployment of tools and materials.
Performance Tracking:
oDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
oConduct post-campaign analysis and use data-driven insights to optimize future strategies.
Conduct regular field visits, and support for sales team
Make competitor analysis, market intelligence reports and update regularly
Organize and execute relevant market surveys to support sales and marketing activities
Develop subordinates
Other tasks are assigned by Direct Line Manager
Education:
Bachelor Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or related fields
Experience:
At least 4 years experiences in marketing, especially communication & digital marketing
Other requirement:
Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Strong business acumen and judgment; able to assess trends from data & information for better decisions.
Detail-oriented, result-oriented and delivery outcome with beyond the call of duty mindset.
Thrives at relationship building with exceptional communication and influencing skills.
Able to lead, coach and influence across a spectrum of stakeholders.
Natural rapport-builder with exceptional collaboration, coaching, influencing, project management and facilitation skills.
Operationally strong, high capacity to execute.
Willing to travel when required.
