Manage and be responsible for the work performance of subteam members in Operational Excellence/ Operations Solutions/Warehouse.
Forecast, plan, manage operations, and control delivery quality for the 2-Wheel service group and Warehouse within the assigned budget.
Research, propose, and allocate personnel to implement projects, solutions, features, and new tools to optimize and automate processes, thereby boosting personnel productivity and service efficiency.
Review and provide advice based on analyses conducted by team members to influence stakeholders, support decision-making, and implementation.
Collaborate closely with relevant departments to understand and address the needs of customers and the company.
Employee support: Assist employees in developing and resolving issues arising during work.
Perform other tasks assigned by superiors to support decision-making.
Establish a trustworthy relationship between driver partners and the company. Build and maintain a reliable, inclusive, and productive working environment for team members.
Act as a liaison between the Operations and Technology divisions to relay needs related to the development and improvement of technology functions/products serving operations.
Oversee planning, execution, and completion of strategic projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure synchronization and support for projects.
