OVERVIEW:
Shark Ninja is looking to expand its supply chain beyond China by sourcing finished goods from other regions to support its global growth. This role is responsible for commercial aspects of finished goods sourcing and component sourcing, procurement, including finding new vendors/technologies, supply chain development, maintenance of existing vendors and their development; sub-supplier procurement, consolidation management; with the aim to deliver the right quality product at the right time at the right cost.

Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll get to do:
- Sourcing, Develop and manage relationships with existing OEM suppliers, including negotiating NDAs, supply agreements, pricing, cost management, performance management, volume rebates, and coordinating after-sales services.
- Lead a team of supply chain professionals in Vietnam and support team development.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain operations in Vietnam.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop new products/projects, identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
- Overall OEM's Performance Management
- Actively source key component suppliers locally and overseas (outside of China), including managing RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
- Pricing and costing activities for ongoing supply will be part of this role. Work closely with the China Supply Chain team to develop a comprehensive sourcing strategy.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

- Proficient in verbal and written English; This role will be expected to communicate with both Chinese and Overseas suppliers independently English skills are deemed important to enable this communication.
