Organize and coordinate tasks as directed by the Manager, ensuring that goals and work plans are implemented on schedule.
Manage schedules, arrange meetings, conferences, and business trips for the Manager, prepare materials, and take meeting minutes.
Act as a communication hub between the Manager and company departments as well as external partners; accurately and promptly convey information and feedback.
Participate in and support the management of company projects, monitor progress, and ensure milestones are met.
Verify the validity and completeness of department documents and materials before submitting them for the Manager's approval. Ensure the submission process follows company procedures, track approvals, and address any arising issues (if any).
Job Requirements
University degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Office Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance and Banking or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
