Work closely with Head of Affiliate to do performance steering & figure out the needed actions
Liaising closely with the Regional Team, Operation Team to learn best practices, align corporate directions in order to initiate winning strategies for Affiliate Business
Responsible for monthly planning & setting up affiliate incentive programs via automated system
Responsible for digital ads planning & execution (Meta / Tiktok / Google, etc)
Assist each affiliate segment to define partner management, ensure efficiency and minimize risk to platform
Support Account Management team and Operation team on growth-hacking strategies
Closing follow other affiliate programs on offer & consolidate affiliate insight report
Job Requirements
At least 3 5 years of overall experience, preferred project implementation, and commercial strategy
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
Logical thinking, strong commercial sense, and always think out of the box
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams especially Product and Commercial
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and challenging work environment
High level of proficiency using advanced Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent command of English both verbal and business writing
Bachelor's degree in related discipline
Knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce is a plus
