Job Overview: Newbridge, an international headhunting firm with offices in Vietnam and Singapore, is part of a larger recruitment group with a presence in over 10 markets. We collaborate on strategic recruitment for our parent group's clients.
Role: Associate Consultant/ Researcher (depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing: Add new talents to Newbridge's database across markets using online sources like LinkedIn, Google, and other databases.
Lead Generation: Identify experts based on project needs.
Phone Pitching: Contact and pitch to a high volume of potential candidates using effective sales and recruiting techniques.
Goal-oriented: Meet and exceed recruitment targets and metrics.
Pipeline Management: Manage your recruiting pipeline, from sourcing and cold calling to screening and qualifying candidates.
Communication: Engage professionally with senior industry professionals, including CEOs. Requirements: Sales or recruiting experience preferred but not mandatory.
Highly motivated to exceed commercial goals.
Confidence in making 10+ outbound cold calls daily.
Ability to manage challenges and close recruits consistently.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to implement feedback in a fast-paced environment.
Career Progression: Demonstrate excellence in recruiting and project execution to progress to the Consultant level, where you will gain further skills in interviewing candidates, mentoring new hires, managerial skills, and conducting training assessments as well as higher financial incentives.
