Job purpose:
To achieve our mission on Agency Strategy in 2024 & years ahead: The Next of the Next Move in term of quantity & quality, one of the key strategic actions is to build / tailor and implement a solid training roadmap / curriculum to all Agency channel (LC, APEX, NOUS).
The job holder then will be responsible for leading Agency Training Design & Development team to research, explore & build up/revamp training roadmap/training curriculumn and implement for all Agency channels: APEX, LC & especially NOUS based on data & training need analysis (TNA) and in alignment with business goals / strategies to achieve key business results of Agency Channel in 2024 and years ahead.

a. Knowledge: Good knowledge on sales, marketing, Insurance, training methodology & training design
b. Skills:
Good leadership & management skills
Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Good organization and planning skills
Fluent in English and Vietnamese
Familiar with Excel, Word, and Power Point
Good managing people skill and teamwork
Good project management skill
Able to handle tough situations and emerging issues during the plan execution, especially handle expectations from sales head and negotiate to come up a win-win solution.
Resolve issues relating to MOF regulations & company compliance.
Quick decisions making relating to ad-hoc situations / issues inside or outside the team.
Education and experience:
Qualification:
Experience: 08-10 years of experience in sales training management, preferably in life insurance
and 5 years working as a trainer.
