Job Description

Vialto Partners Professional skills and responsibilities for an Associate in Global Mobility Services include but are not limited to:

  • Be part of a team to deliver Payroll, Employment Tax and Immigration compliance and advisory services to clients
  • Responsible for data entry to support for employment declarations and applications for visa, work permit and temporary resident card
  • Assisting with research and advisory works related to employment tax and immigration in support of the Senior Associates and Managers
  • Liaise with the clients and authorities for the allocated tasks including obtaining documents from the clients and submit applications to the authorities
  • Understand and show professional manners in meetings and dealings with clients and authorities
  • Support the team in other areas of business including training, knowledge management and business development
  • Perform administrative works as assigned
  • Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

Qualifications


Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree

Required Fields of Study: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or any related field

Minimum Years of Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experiences

Certification(s) Required: Nil
