Manage and develop a portfolio of long-tail key accounts (up to 100) as well as a group of onsite and offsite BPO team in the Vietnam market, focusing on increasing customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
Report management and progress measurement
Implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential account expansion within the long-tail segment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and customer service to ensure seamless account management and address customer needs effectively.
Regularly review account performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to optimize account performance.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
4 years or more of experience in BPO management, preferably in e-commerce or retail, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and manage BPO team
