Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and implement PR projects- lead strategic planning for PR campaigns in Vietnam based on clients objectives ensuring progress and quality of work.
- Offer insightful advice and recommendations to clients and team regarding PR, influencer and social media opportunities
- Able to act as first point of contact for the internal team and related third parties
- Participate in new business pitches and establish Golden as an invaluable long-term partner for marketing and communications services to clients
- Mentor, manage and supervise members of the PR & Communications team
- Plan for team development and training
- Lead and coordinate with team to proceed the projects and ensure high performance
- Measure and report performance of campaigns to two partners of the company

Skills:
- Project management skills: managing time, financial and human resources, handling arising issues and risks.
- Client Service skills: consulting and providing solutions for clients, building and developing relationships with clients and partners.
- PR Service skills: building relationships with the media, developing PR content, managing media risks and crises.
- Implementation planning skills: building budget plans and PR plans, assessing the feasibility of plans.
Preferences:
- Experience in technology, nutrition, healthcare industries.
- Experience in implementing PR projects combined with Social outreach and Influencer.
- Experience leading PR projects with a scale of 3 billion VND or more.
- Leadership skills and the ability to lead a small team (1-2 members).

Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in PR or equivalent positions.
