The PositionThe Associate QA Engineer plays an important role in assuring the quality of OPSWAT cyber security technologies and products at the highest level. As a member of the team, you will be involved in every stage of the software development life cycle.
What You Will Be Doing
- Write/review detailed test cases and perform manual testing based on requirements and documents.
- Analyze/review product documents and requirements.
- Handle support escalation such as creating reproducible bug reports or help troubleshoot.
- Report/manage defects.
What We Need From You- BSc Degree in Computer Science, Technology or similar field.
- Software testing with a good QA mindset preferred.
- Experience in performing basic testing such as: manual testing, functional testing
- Familiar with writing manual test cases using scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript.
- Have a good knowledge on different Operating Systems (Windows, Linux) and Browsers.
- Familiar with working in Agile team.
- Good at reading and writing in English communication.
It Would Be Nice If You Have- Familiar with JIRA, TeamCity, Git.
- Experience in performing different types of advanced testing such as: integration testing, usability testing, compatibility testing, performance testing, security testing, regression testing
- Cyber security domain experience, including file security, device security, network security, etc.
- Have a good knowledge about networking.
- ISTQB exam
