Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to develop and improve securities products, ensuring they meet market needs and align with strategic objectives.
Support daily operations by providing guidance and solutions to ensure efficient workflow and seamless execution of initiatives.
Track and monitor the successful implementation of new initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and delivering measurable impact.
Performance Monitoring:
Develop and maintain automated dashboards to track and analyze key performance metrics.
Provide regular reporting and performance updates to stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Data Analysis & Recommendations:
Analyze complex data sets to uncover insights and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Support strategic planning and operational efficiency by offering data-backed solutions and improvement strategies.
Pricing Strategy:
Suggest and evaluate pricing policies for business activities based on cost structure, market intelligence, estimated demand, and data analytics.
Project & Initiative Management:
Lead projects related to customer segmentation, user acquisition, engagement, retention, and reporting standardization.
Handle ad-hoc reporting and analysis tasks as needed to support various business functions.
What you will need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the securities or financial services industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
