Responsibilities
- Revise and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to assigned processes.
- Conduct training sessions on General Procedures (GPs) and specific processes for relevant staff.
- Perform regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate risks associated with assigned processes.
- Oversee product quality checks, blocking, releasing, and ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
- Follow up on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to resolve quality-related issues.
- Control product master data, handle changes, and manage variations.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports for special controlled drugs as required by regulations.
- Maintain and ensure proper documentation related to Good Storage and Distribution Practices (GSDP).
Requirements
- Graduated from the University of Pharmacy
- 2 years of experience in a similar position.
