Roles
As an Automation QA Engineer Intern at Eureka Robotics, you will be working to improve our product quality by developing manual and automated tests, assisting our engineering team and customers in investigating issues in production, and creating reports of issues discovered during testing or production.
Job Responsibilities
- Learn how to create a detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured automated and manual test cases for software developed in house
- Learn how to develop and maintain automation scripts in the internal CI/CD system
- Learn how to do the exploratory testing for features in each release
- Learn how to do the hardware testing on company products
- Learn how to work in a standard Agile Scrum environment
- Learn how to communicate with POs and stakeholders
- Assist in troubleshooting issues faced by our engineers and customers on-site.
- Assist QA team in collecting test reports
- Working with product team in suggesting ideas to improve user stories, requirements for better product quality
Qualifications
- Last year or fresh-graduate student in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software development and testing concepts.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Robot Framework, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
Nice to have
- Understanding of AI or Robotics fields is a big plus

Internship duration
The internship program lasts 4 - 6 months with onsite 32 hours per week.
(This can be adjusted based on the intern's academic schedule).
Work location
Eureka Robotics office in Hanoi, Vietnam.
