AVP, Head of Business Planning Management

To drive in depth analysis on consumer business volume, revenue, cost balance sheet and profit & loss for optimisation and determine new avenues to deliver postive financial results

Perform in dept/ stractegic analysis relating to cosumer banking financial performance and provide insights to business stakeholders for product development and decision making.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Planning

Prepare and support head of consumer banking to provide yearly/ monthly financial planning, budgeting

Facilitate and provide strategic analysis/ input to business with regards to data analysis, financial decision on pricing, product profitability, and evaluations for investment.

To drive analysis of products to refine pricing, liquidity and interest rate risk assumptions. This includes frequent update of analysis of deposit products, loan products, cards, and other consumer banking products & partnership performance.

Provide analytic support for new product Initiatives/ campaign/partnership offers/incentive / sales schemes

Business Performance and Management

Prepare value added financial performance analysis with insights and identify areas of risk and opportunity

Monitor and analyse monthly business performance against budget and industry

Prepare budget and periodic forecast

Prepare management reports/presentations to Management & Consumer Banking team

Manage supporting activities & cost controls for Consumer Banking

Perform reporting for various campaigns,partner, outsourcing payroll calculation, governance reporting for Consumer Banking

People Management

Engage and work closely with business unit to deliver business plan through value added input/ analysis.

Support business units to address financial / business related issues.

Lead business performance team

Manage key person managing Outsourcing Administrative

Work closely with Product, Finance and other support units.

Internal Teamwork

Leadership Management

Coaching & provide career developement plan for down liners

Knowledge Sharing

Regulatory Compliance

Ensure data strong data governance in department

Ensures compliance to regulatory requirements, Bank and Group policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Degree in Accounting/Finance /Relevant to Business Budgetting/Forecast

Experience in banking & finance analytics

Proficient in Microsoft Office e.g. Excel ,Words, Access & Powerpoint
