Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BA/QC Lead at Software Development Aegona Ltd in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. As a BA/QC Lead, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to business analysis and quality control. Your role will involve leading a team, analyzing project requirements, ensuring the quality of deliverables, and coordinating with stakeholders to meet project objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business analysis and quality control
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and coordinate a team
• Good understanding of project management principles
• Proficiency in communication and stakeholder management
• Experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Knowledge of industry best practices and standards
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, ISTQB) are a plus

Requirements:

• University degree in IT or equivalent;
• English: fluent
• At least 3 years of experience in team management ;
• At least 2 years of experience in project management in the sequence of Waterfall/Agile/Scrum;
• Proficient in using office computers and Microsoft projects; project management software
• Ability to manage groups of 5 or more people, communication skills, people development/motivation for team members;
