Backend Developer

We are looking for a Backend Developer who mainly works on delivery projects and builds products with AI pipeline. You will work with the global software/product development team and contribute to our cutting-edge product development and delivery for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with the Project Manager and clients to ensure optimal performance and quality.
• Write well-structured code adhering to company standards.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs.
• Provide regular progress updates and reports.
• Develop installation guidelines.
• Propose and implement initiatives to enhance the team.
• Work with global team members for smooth project execution.
• Analyze project needs, estimate accurately, and provide technical solutions.
• Mentor 1 to 2 junior developers and support other projects as needed.
• Conduct code reviews and unit tests.
• Test and recommend software improvements.

Experience & Skills:

• 3+ years of Back-End experience (Python [Flask/Django/FastAPI], Node.js, PHP [Laravel]); Front-End skills (ReactJS) are a plus.
• Proven experience starting projects from scratch.
• Proficient with PHP frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter, Symfony, CakePHP).
• Knowledge of server setup (Linux/*nix) and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Database expertise (SQL, Postgres, MongoDB, Redis).
• Familiar with CI/CD (Jenkins, CircleCI) and E2E testing (Detox, NightWatch).
• Additional languages (Python, ReactJS) and AI exposure are big pluses.
