What You'll Be Doing
- Responsible for operating applications Revit | AutoCAD Architecture (ACA) to create, analyze, review, and design the Wall framing, Floor framing, Roof framing, and Stair Framing in a Wood House to meet client requests and Builder standards, as well as provide the volume of their material.
- Exposure to Optioning conditioning within the BIM applications for creation, maintenance, or upgrade on Master Set.
- Exposure to client communication through email and conference calls.
- Have and apply an adequate general knowledge of US residential building codes and standards
- Develop and maintaining moderate productivity speed, quality control, and accuracy on projects.
- Provide an above-average level of customer service to all Customers (Internal and External)
- Work in a team environment.

Desired Skills And Experience
If you can do everything listed above, you've got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too:
- Fresh graduate in Civil Engineering, Construction, Architecture, and Draftsman.
- 0-5 year of experience in a related field. Fresher is also welcome.
- Ability to read or interpret Construction Drawings - Architectural and Structural.
- High attention to detail with a high level of cognitive skills.
- Pursuing skills in basic problem solving or analysis of plan review
- Good modeling skills and detailed implementation. Proficient use of Revit, VertexBD, or 3D software is a huge advantage for this position.
- English skills equivalent to TOEIC 550 or higher. Good at communication skills.
- Integrity and carefulness.
